Overview Description: Install: untranslated text on Installation Settings 
screen

Build number date: Beta 3 050826

Steps to reproduce:
1. Boot with install CD
2. Choose Language from F2 menu and select "Installation" option
3. Proceed through install until reaching "Installation Settings" screen

Expected result: all text to be translated

Actual result: Tab titles "Overview" and "Expert" untranslated

Looks like this text is resourced and translated in control.xx.po but is not
getting pulled in during the install. Possibly requires a code fix to pull in
strings??
