Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch SUSEWatcher from System - Desktop Applet - SUSEWatcher
2. Click OK to message stating that SUSEWatcher is already running
3. View SUSEWatcher dialog

Expected result: all text to be translated

Actual result: Dialog partially untranslated
