Bugzilla – Bug 113411
open-iscsi daemon crashes
Last modified: 2005-08-26 19:37:25 UTC
I can't login with open-iscsi, because openiscsid seems to crash. I am connecting to a SUSE 10 UNH iSCSI target, which has worked fine in the past with the linux-iscsi initiator. Nothing strange is in the target's log. So I think it's just an issue in the open-iscsi initiator. linux:~ # pidof openiscsid 25698 25697 linux:~ # openiscsiadm -m node --op new --portal 137.65.59.163:3260 new iSCSI node record added: [05711e] linux:~ # openiscsiadm -m node --record 05711e --login iscsiadm: got read error (0), daemon died? linux:~ # pidof openiscsid 25697 GDB says: Program exited with code 0377. linux:~ # tail /var/log/messages Aug 26 12:09:56 linux iscsid: iSCSI daemon with pid=25698 started!
