Most people know how to use synaptic, but not everybody knows how to use apt
from the CL.
Also please use a meaningful sources.list, not just an example: for instance
something with "suse10.0" on it and "base update security" as an initial list of
components.

Synaptic is already done and will be part of SL 10.0. Providing a sources.list
is not that easy as it would have to be done automatically, but I'll think about it.
