Description Alexey Eremenko 2005-08-26 23:11:42 UTC
I have tried to make an HTML file with the following command:
<EMBED SRC="08.ogg" HIDDEN="true">

When executing this command, the browser loops forever, and crashes.
Very bad behavior.

Firefox has no such problems.

Platform AMD Sempron CPU, 1GB RAM, VIA KM400.
OS: SuSE Linux 10.0 BETA3

Hello !!!!

Is anyone looking at this bug?
Or will it be NEW forever?
Comment 2 Adrian Schröter 2005-08-31 05:31:48 UTC
Can you attach a backtrace with installed -debuginfo packages from the ftp
installation inst-source directory please ?
Comment 3 Dirk Mueller 2005-08-31 21:43:49 UTC
cannot reproduce.. is there something special about this ogg file? can you
attach it?

do you have kmplayer etc installed?
Comment 4 Dirk Mueller 2005-08-31 21:50:24 UTC
can you look at bug 114064 ?
Comment 5 Alexey Eremenko 2005-09-01 15:38:48 UTC
No, there was nothing special about this .ogg file. Just a 3 minute song.
I can't attach this for legal reasons, but I believe every file will reproduce
the bug.

I don't have KMPlayer.
I have: Amarok, XMMS, Totem, MPlayer, Kaffeine, KMid.

Where can I find the sound file when Suse 10 is starting?
I will try to reproduce with this sound file.

===================
and I can't look at bug # 114064 at least, not until the bug goes public.
Comment 6 Alexey Eremenko 2005-09-01 16:08:09 UTC
hmmm... can't reproduce anymore... unfortunately.

Closing. WORKSFORME.
