Everytime I boot beta 3 I get:

<3>udev[854]: run_program: exec of program '/usr/sbin/hal.hotplug' failed   
<3>udev[855]: run_program: exec of program '/usr/sbin/hal.hotplug' failed   
<5>SCSI subsystem initialized   
<3>udev[859]: run_program: exec of program '/usr/sbin/hal.hotplug' failed   
File /var/log/boot.msg not changed so no update needed.   
  
The file does exist in the directory displayed.
