The German language YaST2 version has a pineapple icon with the English word
miscallenous. That should be Verschiedenes (or Sonstiges)

Please don't report missing translations, only report wrong translations. The
actual version is not yet completely translated...

Per E-Mail I got from bugzilla that I don't see here. My reply is: this bug is
for Beta 3. The most annoying bugs doesn't say anything about translations for
Beta 3, only for Beta 2. If you to use that pointer, you need to put this into
the Beta 3 part as well. Otherwise, how is anyone supposed to know when to start
reporting this type of bug?
