Steps:
1. Install SUSE 10 with KDE desktop
2.Boot system and log in

Expected Result:
No untranslated text

Actual Result:
KDE Desktop is in English

The entire KDE desktop is not translated. In the Language section of YaST 
almost all other languages except Traditional Chinese and Finnish are 
translated. The Gnome desktop on the same system is fully translated.

Translation stats fro zh_TW KDE are very low so coolio did not add the language
rpm. 

Only 34% is translated currently. See

The screen shot will have additional translated UI when we add the
updated-desktop-files & KDEbase into the build but the main KDE pieces will
remain   untranslated.

Re-assigning to myself to we decide what to do with this defect and how to track
it for next release

Shall we add a zh_TW KDE translation package? kdebase zh_TW translation has 
66% coverage.

Yes, I think there is value in adding it. We will have translated components
such as kdebase-SuSE, the desktop files, etc included that we are translating.
So those components along the 66% translated kdebase package should give a
better translated UI and customer experience then having it all in english.

We can get our team to check it in RC1 and then possible remove if in RC 2 if
they feel it looks very bad.
