Description Anke Boernig 2005-08-30 07:45:32 UTC
I'm using kmail as a mail client.

When reading mails with GPG-signatures, it takes quite long until they are
displayed.

When writing a mail, it takes ~ 4 seconds until the dialog for entering the
gpg-passphrases is shown.

The command "gpg --check-trustdb" fails with an error (output see attachment).

--check-trustdb requires AFAIK a keyserver provided with the
option --keyserver or configured within ~/.gnupg/options
or ~/.gnupg/gpg.conf with the keyword keyserver.

For kmail the KDE maintainers should have a look
