Detailed description: Kinternet untranslated
Configuration: Suse 10
Build: Beta3 050826
Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch terminal.
2.Type smpppd at prompt
3.Type kinternet at prompt
4.Right click on Kinternet icon in right of panel at bottom of desktop and 
check menu.
5.Click Settings/Various Settings.

Expected result: all text should be localised.
Actual result: the right-click menu and all tabs of the "Various Settings" 
dialog including all drop-down menus are in English.

Files must not of made it into the last build. Regress in next build BETA5 \ RC1
not part of translatable po files.

Fixed on BR SLES10 SP2 with build OES2SP1-BETA3.10.Thanks.
