ifolder3 on Beta3 does not sync with the server.  It connects to it and the
logfiles say that it connects but nothing seems to happen.

If I login via the webfront to the server, I see changed files that do not appear
in my local checkout.  I also do not see any files uploaded that I add to my
ifolder3 folders.

Running it on the command line, i get

"cannot open assembly /opt/novell/ifolder3/web/bin/SimiasApp.exe"

ifolder3 is installed to /usr now though as is simias, so something is pointing
to the wrong spot.

The path is somewhere saved in .local.  After rm -rf .local this error does not
occur anymore.

This is working with the ifolder3.1 update which I tested after manual building.

So, this can be closed once ifolder3.1 is in our build tree.
