Just installed OO.o and the panel menu didn't refresh.

could this be related to file-monitoring stuff ? - libgnome-menu* has FAM
support - but it appears that we are not compiling with it; I assume that is
because we're not using FAM in 10.0 - but in which case, we need some
replacement ...
