/opt/gnome/share/themes/Clearlooks/gtk-2.0/gtkrc has disappeared in
gnome-themes-2.11.92-3, causing the theme to render itself as "Raleigh"
instead. (The index.theme file and metacity theme are still there though.)

Workaround is to create the directory /opt/gnome/share/themes/Clearlooks/gtk-2.0
and copy attached gtkrc to it.

There were two clearlook gtkrc files, one in gtk2-engines and one in
gnome-themes, we disabled the gtk2-engines one and upstream they removed the
gnome-themes one.  Restored the gtk2-engines one.
