Description Sacha Kerres 2005-09-01 22:21:54 UTC
During the installation when saving the sound module information, YaST2 asks for
kernel-smp-nongpl-2.6.13-3.i586, but says nothing about the requested CD. None
of the CDs works. Details: Err: 1:ERROR(1).

It is possible to ignore the message.

System: VMWare GSX
Sound Card: Ensoniq Creative Sound Blaster AudioPCI64V, AudioPC128 (vmware)

lslezak, please, have a look at it whether everything is correct in the sound
module. If it isn't reassign it further, please.
Comment 4 Ladislav Slezák 2005-09-06 08:28:39 UTC
Sound module is OK, the problem is that *-nongpl packages are missing.

The bug may be in the packagemanager, PackageSystem::InstallKernel checks
whether the package *-nongpl is available by Pkg::IsAvailable call.
