To reproduce: start sax2, on the "Monitor" page click the "Options" button 
next to the graphics card name. This opens up a "Graphics Card Settings" 
Dialogue, in which there is a white box in an options group, presumably 
sometimes there is a list of options in here. Clicking on this empty white box 
causes sax2 to exit/crash immediately.
