Description Gernot Hillier 2005-09-03 19:26:07 UTC
The "New Hardware Found" dialog tells me in a german SUSE Linux:

New Hardware Found
Configure the Maus "i8042 Aux Port"

Also, the english grammar (capitalisation) could be improved: "Keep Me
Informed about New Hardware".

See also attached screen shot.

This text is included in suseplugger.po. The German translation was submitted
on September 1 and will be available in RC1. The English text has been
proofread by our editor Rebecca Walter <rwalter@suse.de>. Gernot, please check
if the bug still persists in RC1 and, if fixed, please close the bug as
resolved.
Comment 3 Gernot Hillier 2005-09-05 13:19:07 UTC
Please note that I will be not available for one week starting from Thursday
or Friday. So I may be not able to check and close in time...

If RC1 comes earlier, I'll do my best to do it before leaving ;)
Comment 4 Karl Eichwalder 2005-09-18 04:08:38 UTC
Gernot, if time permits, please check it.

Rebecca, do we want title style capitalization for button labels?

[ ] Keep Me Informed about New Hardware
Comment 5 Rebecca Walter 2005-09-18 06:43:17 UTC
Yes, buttons and check boxes are supposed to have title-style capitalization.
So there is no bug in the capitalization there.

Comment 6 Gernot Hillier 2005-09-26 19:02:18 UTC
Hmm, I'd really much like to check it with RC1, but currently I can't
reproduce any such popup. I also miss the SUSEplugger icon in my system tray.

I tried repeatedly to start "suseplugger", but nothing happened... :-(

Could anyone help here?
Comment 7 Karl Eichwalder 2005-09-28 15:35:35 UTC
Let's assume it got fixed in the meantime. If the problem occurs again on 10.0
final, pelase re-open.
