LDAP:
in #4 the file /usr/share/open-xchange/init_ldap.ldif is not mentioned, this is
the one, which should be modified. In /tmp/ it's only a copy of this.

Apache/Tomcat:
There are two #3 :) The first one is unfinished. There are some sample
configuration files, but there is no clue, where they should be copied. I can
only guess, that to /etc/apache2/
#5: it's actually rctomcat5

#2 of postgresql is no more needed:

2. PostgreSQL needs to allow connections via TCP/IP. Add "-i" to
   "POSTGRES_OPTIONS" in /etc/sysconfig/postgresql

At the end it should also be noted, that
rcgroupware start
rcsessiond start
rcwebmail start
Otherwise "Point your favorite Browser to:
http://<address.of.your.server>/cgi-bin/login.pl" gives a "Can not build up
Socket! SessionD running?" message.
