This is not sovleable, please fix PreRequires vs. Requires.

What for informations else do you need? This packages have not solveable
cyclic dependencies which needs to be fixed. Else Yast2 will ignore this
Requires and the result is undefined.

A library was in the wrong sub-package. Fixed.
