On the last install screen, a variable is readable in the text: "l'installation 
de &produit; sur votre ordinateur est achevée".
See the attached screenshot.
The installer logs are also attached.

Beta 4 Screenshot -

I just installed Beta 4 in French and the &produit string is now gone and SUSE
Linux is appearing in it's place.
