Package xf86tools in not available anymore.

the package has been renamed to "x11-tools" ...

Well, no utility from x11-tools is required now.

IIRC sux (used in UML start script) was part of xf86tools package in the past,
now it is in coreutils. The yast module requires X and xterm to start UML
installation.

So the solution is correct. I have submitted the version which requires xorg-x11
and xterm packages.
