Description Timo Hoenig 2005-09-08 10:50:40 UTC
The ACPI modules sony_acpi and ppc_acpi do not return -ENODEV on unsupported systems and
hence get probed and loaded successfully by rcacpid on all systems.

The initial probing of the ACPI modules has to be enhanced in a way that the mentioned modules will
not be loaded on unsupported systems.

Submitted an updated package of acpid to autobuild. Closing.
