Using YaST or "zypper in ffmpeg", on a base install of (SLES 15 SP1) using the packagehub packages, libavformat.so.57 is required but can't be resolved.

Force installing ffmpeg and installing libavformat.so.58 does not allow ffmpeg to function; it is still looking for libavformat.so.57.
