Description Suse User 2019-12-17 13:20:09 UTC

1. yast -> Network services -> HTTP Server
2. Enable some modules, disable others
3. Choose 'Finish' to save config
4. exit yast
5. repeat 1

Result: some modules which were enabled show as disabled. This makes impossible to start apache and errors show in journal, e.g.

start_apache2[4904]: Invalid command 'CustomLog', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration

but the fact is: log_config modules was enabled in step 2.

To clarify:

It seems yast is not updating properly the file /etc/sysconfig/apache2. Editing that manually to set the desired modules results in success and apache starts without errors.
