Try the iso from http://download.opensuse.org/tumbleweed/iso/openSUSE-Tumbleweed-NET-x86_64-Snapshot20200108-Media.iso

setting the name of essid network, but setup cannot get dhcp settings and can not connect to internet

from another device i can connect to wifi virex and it works

Please, attach the installation logs. Those pictures are actually not specially useful to know what is failing in the connection.

i don't understand there the logs while the system is not installed, and perhaps this is not system, this is installer (netinstaller)

Exactly, that's why I pointed you to a wiki page that explains how to get the installer logs.

1) Access to a terminal by any of the methods explained in that page
2) Use save_y2logs as explained in that page to save the logs (save_y2logs is available in the installer system)
3) Save the logs to some place in which you can access them later like a USB stick, a partition of your hard disk, some network location (yes, a network resource is not an option in your case).

Find only wickedd.log with a line to try connect to "virex5a" wifi network without any password.

I would consider this a duplicate of https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1157394

Basically the WiFi configuration is currently broken in TW installation because wicked needs to be updated to use the new wpa_supplicant dbus API

Maybe not, because i had try to connect to wifi network without any passwords.
