Steps:  
1) Start YaST2 in Spanish with LANG=es_ES yast2 
2) Select "Servicios de red" -> "Servidor HTTP" 
3) In the second dialog of the HTTP Server Wizard (Asistente del servidor HTTP 
(2/5) -- módulos), the title of the help text on the left appears in English: 
Modules. The text is properly translated (Módulos) in the file 
http-server.es.po, so I don't know where the English text comes from.

Sounds like a software defect.

Should be checked by the module-maintainer, reassigning.
