After installing rc1 I get "netapplet has quit unexpectedly"

I did a clean gnome only install of SUSE 10.0 RC1 on a Toshiba Tecra latptop. After the install finished I logged into the desktop and immediately got a error window that said "netapplet has quit unexpectedly". I tried to restart it and got the same error. For rml - I believe this is a duplicate.
I have no idea, I haven't touched netapplet. Is this perhaps the trayicon crasher? Or the gtk-update-icon-cache bug?
netapplet-ERROR **: file netapplet.c: line 168 (netapplet_set_icon): should not be reached aborting. The gtk-update-icon-cache bug quite probably. Tim can you get RC2 gtk2 and run SuSEconfig.gtk2? That should clear up the problem.
Fixed in RC3. Please reopen if problems persist.
