The submitted hungarian menu.po file corrected some localization bug, but it
isn't  appeared in rc1.

The affected po file is update-desktop-files/hu/menus.po.
We corrected it's 110-112th rows to:

# /usr/share/desktop-directories/suse-system-monitor.directory
msgid "Name(suse-system-monitor.directory): Monitor"
msgstr "Rendszerfigyelés"

We found the "Moitorozás" menu entry in the menu, but we corrected to
"Rendszerfigyelés".

Thanks for coming back. Yes, this matches our files.  I expect it to be fixed on
RC2.

It should be fixed in the GM with the submission of entries.po on September 
12. Zsolt, please check if it is fixed in the next build and close the bug if 
applicable.

I tried the RC4, and the "Moitorozás" is still in the menu.
The "Gnome Conrtol Center" (i think it is the original name) still has
untranslated icon texts, such as Fonts, Shortcuts, Accessibility, Network Proxy,
Screensaver, Search & Indexing.
All of the above mentioned parts were translated, corrected...
Are there "syntax errors" in our po files?

Hmm, I'm afraid you can't overrule typos in the current way desktop files are  
handled. And about the gnome control center I have no idea. That needs to be  
checked by gnome maintainers.  
 
I will rewrite the way the desktop files are handled for 10.1, but that's all 
I can do here.

We will try to fix it in SL10.1 with Coolo's changes in the desktop files. As 
for the problems with "Gnome Conrtol Center", I'm afraid there is nothing we 
can do at translation@suse.de. You can try to log the problem as a new bug in 
Bugzilla and select GNOME as the component instead of TRANSLATIONS.

I've checked alpha3plus, and it contains the old buggy hungarian code.
Nor the installer, nor the desktop enrties are updated.

Thanks for checking.  Yes, we are in the process of re-writing the desktop file handling.  This means new translations will not be available on alpha4/beta1.

New yast translations will be available on alpha4.

I think we already solve this. We will reopen when this is not works in beta4.
