Description Thomas Renninger 2005-09-12 12:03:06 UTC
Try to go out in ACPI modules with -ENODEV if it can be sure that the module
does not provide any useful functionality.
If this is not possible, try to tweak powersave installation with a post-install
script and write configuration accordingly, so that unused ACPI modules are not
loaded.

Thomas, I guess this is not longer on the radar for 10.1/SLES10?

If this is the case, would you mind moving it to 10.2?

Finally done with ACPI autoloading patches for 10.3.
