In YaST sound module when I delete soundcard and after  I configure as new the
hw info was created and after deleted. 
So there i sno sound card entry.
Suggestion - change the order of create and delete file.

Yes, at first the new cards are configured then removed cards are deleted. If
the card is the same there is a problem...
