libgnomecups-devel-0.2.1 on RC2 requires libgnomecups = 0.2.0.  This causes the
install to complain if the "GNOME Development" selection is selected.

This wouldn't normally be a blocker, perhaps, but it's embarrassingly ugly at
install.
