dvd+rw-tools missing in default selection or k3b and nautilus-cd-burner dependencies
Last modified: 2006-01-31 11:29:40 UTC
dvd+rw-tools are missing in the default selection. Therefore it's not possible to burn or blank DVDs using k3b or nautilus-cd-burner. (K3b complains directly when it's started.) We should either include dvd+rw-tools into the default selection or add it as a dependency for k3b and nautilus-cd-burner.
I vote for adding this require to k3b and nautilus-cd-burner.
Confirming - nautilus-cd-burner requires growisofs from dvd+rw-tools package. Fixed and submitted. It would be nice to add it to GNOME2 selection, too to prevent deps dialog. Maybe udftools can be useful in desktop selections, too (but it is not required by nautilus-cd-burner). OT: If you will, please update GNOME2-list-tools.tar.bz2 to ~sbrabec/GNOME2-list-tools.tar.bz2.

I've added it to Gnome and Kde-Desktop now. > Maybe udftools can be useful in desktop selections, too (but it is not > required by nautilus-cd-burner). adding a dep to k3b, it just is right
