Description Isaac Newton 2005-09-14 02:13:07 UTC
The DWL-G650 Card, version B5, is recognized and configured with YaST,
however, the card is never turned on. The Card works with SuSE 9.3, but not in
10 RC1 or any of the Betas.

The card will work in RC1 using NDISwrapper and the Windows drivers.

Your card has probably an Atheros chip. This needs a closed source module
which is not included in openSUSE kernels. Please download
kernel-default-nongpl from ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/10.0/... and install it
on your system.
