I've have just now finished installation of SL 10 RC3. Before instalation
finished I've clicked on Run Yast... and the font was smaller than in previous
versions and hardly to read. I choosed Slovak language instalation, so I'm not
sure if this is also in english language mutation, but I suppose so. 
Runing YAST now, after installation, within X, the font is the old one; big,
smooth, easy to read.

In future, please, attach YaST logs and also assign the bugs to the component owner, if you are not sure who is responsible for the bug.

BTW, goldmaster does not show this behavior.
