Description Marco Michna 2005-09-15 15:03:49 UTC
Whenever I unplug a USB device eg my treo or a webcam with a built in USB
micro then I get messages like this:

Sep 15 16:05:39 aquarius resmgr[4512]: set_facl() - ACL error on /dev/ttyUSB0,
acl_set_file: No such file or directory
Sep 15 16:05:39 aquarius resmgr[4512]: set_facl() - ACL error on /dev/ttyUSB1,
acl_set_file: No such file or directory
Comment 1 Ludwig Nussel 2005-09-15 15:12:14 UTC
on unlug it's harmless. udev has already removed the device node then so there
is nothing left to do for resmgr.
Comment 2 Ludwig Nussel 2005-09-27 10:34:00 UTC
fixed in STABLE
Comment 3 Marco Michna 2006-01-03 13:50:40 UTC
Problem still is there.
Comment 4 Ludwig Nussel 2006-01-04 10:51:15 UTC
It's a different one this time. tmpfs doesn't support ACLs.
