I noticed that in my fresh and clean Install of OpenSUSE RC1, The Gimp does not
use GTK-QT skinning, but a dark gray  and really uttermost ugly GTK skin.

Maybe this should be changed...

I believe KDE is defaulting to the gtk-qt-engine for gtk apps, moving to kde
maintainers.
