Open a shell console and start top.
Click on the bottem frame border and resize the window fast up and down.
Top crashed if you move the frome border up. It crashed not if you move down. It
crashed also not if you move slow.
The bug is reproduceable.

It happens as soon as terminal is only 4 high. Known upstream, very minor,
will eventually get fixed from there.
