I wanted to add a reference to an error at https://en.opensuse.org/Build:projects:windows:mingw using a mediawiki <ref> tag, which was not possible because of the uninstalled cite extension (https://en.opensuse.org/Special:Version)).

The citation extension https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Cite provides structured references, which would be very useful.

Please install it.
