OpenSuse 10.0 beta 4

I have a CTX monitor S762A and a Asus Geforce 6600 PCI-Express graphic card,
motherboard is Asus A8N-SLI-Deluxe processor AMD 64 bits.
After the installation in graphic mode the system cannot start in graphic mode:
no screens error.
In failsave mode the computer hangs on PCI: Probing PCI hardware.

I have submitted this PCI-express problem also for Suse 9.3 Pro but it is still
not solved , Why ???

Sounds like a kernel problem, since you cannot even boot in failsafe mode.

I solved the problem it was no a PCI-Express bug.
The monitor was not recognized.
Choose after the installation you have to choose : start with yast
configuration.
Then choose: grapic card and change the monitor settings : Vesa to LCD and the
freqenties Horizontal to : 30-80
Vertical : 59-75

Test
and restart.

Now Suse works fine.
