Expect us to publish the XML files some time soon.

Edith, who is going to prepare the source files?
Comment 2 Karl Eichwalder 2005-09-21 05:34:54 UTC
ping :)
Comment 3 Edith Parzefall 2005-09-21 07:46:16 UTC
Pong! :-) I found the script to remove the comments. It's ~/emap/bin/jj-xc. It
should remove all <!-- bla --> and <remark> occurences. I think it is better
to provide the cleaned up sources. If you have the time today to prepare the
files and upload an archive, it would be great. I guess we should discuss the
location with adrian and sonia.
Comment 4 Karl Eichwalder 2005-09-21 08:03:36 UTC
Sounds good :)
Comment 5 Christian Boltz 2005-09-21 16:08:54 UTC
What about putting the documentation to forge.novell.com? It would be a great
way to enable people contributing (by directly commiting or sending patches).

Besides that: Is there a reason why you want to remove all comments? I think
they could be useful ;-)
Comment 6 Karl Eichwalder 2005-09-21 21:27:24 UTC
Yes, forge.novell.com will be the right place for publishing sources.

As it stands, some of our comments might be confusing. Thus we will remove them
for the moment ;)

Done. See Thomas' announcement on opensuse-doc :-)
