I install an local dir as a source installation by yast.
I have in this dir two enlightenment version 0.16.8 and                        
                         0.16.999.013,also 0.16.999.013-devel.
Well when I try install with yast enlightenment and search for it,only see
0.16.8 version and  0.16.999.013-devel.
Any idea?

You seem not to have updated the metadata when you added the package. YaST 
sees only packages which are mentioned in the metadata. 
 
If you updated the metadata, reopen and attach the logs (see 
http://www.opensuse.org/index.php/Submit_a_bug for details).
