As the description says...

I have installed tuned using:-
sudo zypper install tuned

I have started the daemon using sudo systemctl start tuned
when typed sudo tuned-adm profiles

the output is Available Profiles:
              No current active profile

It should have basic profiles like powersave, balanced etc

I use Tumbleweed.

Steps to reproduce:-
install tuned
start tuned daemon
sudo tuned-adm profile
