When clicking on e.g. Help / User's Guide in xmgrace, Mozilla tries to open 
http://www.doc.com/UsersGuide.html, which does not exist. Instead, it should 
open /usr/share/doc/packages/xmgrace/doc/UsersGuide.html. 
The same applies to 
Help / Tutorial 
Help / FAQ 
Help / Changes
