As is stated in bug 1148788 comment 13 we currently have a bad user experience
if the user is not a member of the wireshark group. We should introduce a
mechanism that provides a clear instruction for the user what the problem is
and how it can be fixed.

Frederic suggested this patch from Fedora:

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/wireshark/blob/master/f/wireshark-0002-Customize-permission-denied-error.patch

While it should basically work we could improve a bit on it by stat()'ing
/usr/bin/dumpcap and find out the actual group membership of the file. This
way we're independent of what the permissions profiles do.
