Bugzilla – Bug 118112
"not configured" queue doesn´t go away
Last modified: 2005-09-22 11:33:18 UTC
When I launch YaST2 I see a queue with "not configured" which I suggest is from the autodetection of printers. This is useful, but when I configure that queue next time I start up YaST2 the "not configured" queue is still there even if I´ve configured the printer now (there´s also a printer entry).
Sorry, I don't understand There is configured queue for printer and the same printer with unconfigured queue? Please attach screenshot + log files http://www.opensuse.org/Bug_Reporting_FAQ#YaST

Yes, exactly. First there was only the "not configured" queue, then I configured it and now there is the actual printer queue and still the "not configured" one which should of course go away.
This is similar as #116516. For that printer is not ppd file in distrib. I fixed that bug, can you try latest version?
Yes, that´s a pps file I downloaded seperate from epson. How can I try the latest version of YaST?
It was fixed for RC2 Unfortunatelly, the RC1 is last public release, I think you can wait for 10.0 in shop or wait for download from opensuse (I don't know when it be there)
