Bugzilla – Bug 118722
Brackets are inverted when typing Right-To-Left
Last modified: 2006-04-24 10:11:52 UTC
There's a bug in Qt that makes brackets to be inverted when typing Right-To-Left. It was fixed on version 3.3.4 of Qt (works well when compiling from official source and on Debian) but it's still broken on SuSE 10.0 RC1. Patch: http://webcvs.kde.org/qt-copy/patches/Attic/0052-bidifixes.patch?rev=1.3&view=log
yast poeple to check and to decide what has to be done, please.
I think this is something for the KDE-Maintainers as this is more a QT-, rather than a YaST2-problem.
can you give me instructions how to reproduce the problem? We do use QT 3.3.4 and therefore this patch you mentioned is already included. I don't see anything else of our patchset changing the relevant files other than the qt-xim support patch.
