'Leap Reviewbot' generated a rejection notice and four minutes later an acceptance notice on the very same maintenance request.

To improve the experience for openSUSE contributors, 
-  the message content itself should be improved (this does not matter for an 
   acceptance as much as it does for a reject): let's keep in mind that a user has 
   a different background than the person who wrote the bot.
-  it should be avoided to send superfluous messages which are able to confuse 
   (and aggravate) a user.
