There is a "hard" Provides in the resmgr.spec:

Provides:     libresmgr.so.0.9.8

on x86_64 there should be a

Provides: libresmgr.so.0.9.8()(64bit)

You are right. Too bad it's too late. I'll fix it for 10.1
