Java plugins should be linked to %{_libdir}/browser-plugins

Firefox/Mozilla can pick-up the link easier from there as searching for it itself.
If there are different plugins available we would need the gcc3
(netscape7/mozilla whatever) one here.
AFAIK the only consumer of these plugins are mozilla based browsers. So we can
assume that this choice is no problem.

As the packages mentiones above are currently the only java packages we ship, I will close this bug report as fixed and keep that change in mind for future packages.
