Seems like we have broken dependencies for qgis in Leap 15.4 Alpha

Ah I see we have now way to new version of libproj with soname 22. That's bit unfortunate. Therefore I'll have to ask maintainer to fix it on his side.

the problem is python-pyproj can not provide build dep of newer qgis because python-pyproj unable to build on Leap 15.4/Backports, see https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/openSUSE:Backports:SLE-15-SP4:Staging:adi:7
