I installed the phosh image from 2022-03-04 and 2022-03-07, in both cases installer executed but the problem is that between turning on phone and showing something on the screen pasted, say, a minute? I am not asking a lot, "Loading" screen or something would be great, because in case of silent devices there is no way to tell if they are running or not with all black screen.

This is something for the creators of the image to look into. Right now it's assigned to the YaST Team and there is no much we can do about those hardware-specific images.

Since I'm not sure who to set as assignee for the phosh Pinephone image, I'm reassigning to the component basesystem, so the screening team can redirect this to the appropriate recipient.

I am not sure what you are asking for. It is phosh image and I tested images downloaded on 2022-03-04 and 2022-03-07. Both behave the same as long as installer feedback is concerned.
